Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Pets are welcome outdoors at the ranch, but they are not allowed inside the dressing room. For everyone’s safety, pets must remain leashed at all times since horses are on the property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

  • No stairs are required to access the grounds or the dressing room.

  • Absolutely. We are family friendly and provide a high chair and playpen upon request, and the dressing room makes a cozy nap space for little ones.

  • Yes, tours are available by appointment — and we highly recommend checking out our virtual tour so you can explore the space anytime.

  • The ranch can host up to 175 guests comfortably. Tables and chairs are provided for 60; additional rentals can be arranged for larger groups.

  • Yes. In addition to the outdoor ceremony meadow, we offer a covered pavilion and tents that can be used as a dance floor or reception space in case of rain.

  • Yes, you have full flexibility to bring your own vendors. If you’d like recommendations, we have a trusted list of local preferred vendors we love working with.

  • Yes, outside catering and alcohol are permitted, provided all state and local regulations are followed. We’re happy to connect you with vendors who know the property. For alcohol service a licensed bartender is required.

  • Yes, there is ample on-site parking to accommodate your group.

  • We provide portable outdoor restrooms for guest use during events. Additional units can be arranged if needed for larger gatherings.

  • Yes. Music and amplified sound must conclude by 10:30 PM so that there is time for cleanup by the time grounds close at 11pm, in accordance with local regulations.

  • Yes, a fire pit is available for use, depending on fire season. Open flames (such as candles) require prior approval to comply with fire safety guidelines.

  • Garbage service is included. Full cleanup service is not, but it can be added as an optional fee.

  • Both the Ranch and the renters are required to carry insurance. Event insurance is required to be obtained by the contract signer for the amount of $1million.
